Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, order processing times may take slightly longer.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 5–7 business days 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

We may expand our shipping locations in the future as our business grows.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Quality View Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Quality View Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or weather conditions.

Damaged Packages

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.


Custom or Personalized Orders

Orders that include custom branding, embroidery, or logo personalization may require additional processing time.

Custom orders typically ship within 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the customization.


Bulk Orders

Large or bulk orders may require additional processing and production time.
